Arcadia offers lifetime residency with three levels of continuing care.
Arcadia offers lifetime residency and is built for residents who are 62 or better. You live your life, your way, in your own private residence. It just comes with more perks. Arcadia provides dining options, housekeeping service, health care service, personal assistance, 24-hour security and maintenance. Plus you have your choice of a wide range of activities, programs and entertainment to enjoy as you wish.
As a licensed provider for Assisted Living Services, we can provide any services you may need to help you manage your daily activities. You stay in your own apartment and don’t have to move. We will provide a Service Plan based on an assessment of how much or how little help you need. This can include everything from medication management to assistance with many of the activities of daily living, all with the goal of helping you maintain an independent lifestyle.
Should you ever need Special Services, we’re here to help. Services are provided by a Certified Nurse Aid and include the following:
- Check cashing
- Check writing
- Supermarket orders and delivery
- Ordering medical supplies
- Personal laundry
- Reading to residents and assisting with material from the library for the blind
- Pet therapy
The Healthcare Center
Arcadia has a 91-bed licensed nursing facility that is Medicare certified. It is located on our second and third floors. Skilled nursing and nursing services are provided to residents whose primary need is for skilled nursing care, intermediate nursing care, special care for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia, and end of life care. You may never need it, but if you do, the second and third floors of care are available right in the building, where you will continue to stay close to family and friends. You maintain your own space in a private or semi-private room. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff provides specialized nursing. It’s round-the-clock care that’s always ready with a gentle word, a helping hand, and a caring heart.
Setting the Standard For Quality
Arcadia is fully accredited by The Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC), which was acquired by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in 2003. The CCAC is the nation’s only accrediting body for continuing care retirement communities.
Why CARF-CCAC accreditation is important to you
A mark of quality: CARF-CCAC accreditation is widely regarded as the mark of quality for aging services. To be accredited, Arcadia must demonstrate ongoing innovation and continued conformance to standards. We must be committed to continuous quality improvement in our governance and administrative structures, fiscal practices, and the care and services we provide to older adults.
A sign of integrity: Our participation in the accreditation process demonstrates Arcadia’s genuine commitment to continuous self-evaluation and performance improvement guided by an external, independent, third-party accreditation organization. Everyone within our organization-staff, residents, and the board of directors-is involved in the accreditation process.
A standard for comparison: Accreditation is a concrete way to evaluate the many retirement living options available today. Many financial and planning advisors recommend that consumers look for the CCAC seal when choosing a provider.
