Basic Job Description:

  • Oversees the development, implementation, and updating of individualized plans of care for all clients
  • Performs initial assessments, conducts ongoing assessments, and makes decisions on appropriate care services
  • Provides direction and guidance to Lead CNAs, CNAs, NAs, and Companion Care Aides via 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Works collaboratively with Day Care Centers, Arcadia At-Home and other operations across the organization to ensure resident, client and member needs are met
  • Participates in interviews of prospective personnel and assists with the on-boarding process of new staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Nursing from four-year college or university and a minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience
  • Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in the State of Hawaii, in good standing
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • Current, valid State of Hawaii driver’s license and clear driver’s abstract
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Type: Full Time (40 hrs per week), 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and on-call other days/times as needed to support operations and services
