Basic Job Description:

  • Develops and maintains corporate calendar of events and activities
  • Assists with inventory of various marketing materials
  • Drafts articles for the Employee Newsletter and gathers newsworthy stories from other departments
  • Identifies and takes appropriate action in response to information or requests
  • Creates, distributes and posts new resident flyers in the community
  • Hosts facility tours
  • Screens non-sales related calls and routes to appropriate departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) software applications as well as the ability to learn new software applications, including customer records management software and photo manipulation/ desktop publishing software

Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week), working 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
