Resident Services Manager

Basic Job Description:

  • Manages and coordinates resident concierge services
  • Responds to and handles resident concerns and requests
  • Coordinates orientation for new residents moving into the Community
  • Attends various resident meetings to stay informed and serve as a point of contact between the residents and management

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and responsiveness
  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills, and a high degree of empathy and patience
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams highly desirable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) software applications as well as the ability to learn new software applications

Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week), working various days/shifts as scheduled
