National Hug Day
Friday, January 21st, is National Hug Day! Hugging is a therapeutic way to convey affection and emotions. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, it’s difficult to show physical affection like we once did. But that doesn’t mean we can’t reach out to our loved ones. We encourage you to send an e-hug to your family and friends on National Hug Day, via email or text message. Use one of these cute pictures or create your own!
